Ideal to accompany Mexican food based on seafood, it has an aroma where fresh red fruits stand out, such as raspberries, cherries and plums, and a fresh acidity on the palate.
It is a wine of great aromatic strength, with a generous layer, bluish tonality and an intense cherry color.
On the nose it is fresh, highly perfumed and with mainly fruity aromas. Standing out the wild red fruits, blackberries, currants and ripe raspberries; as well as black pepper, vanilla, liquorice, cocoa, mallow flowers and rockrose, along with notes of oak in the background.
It has a very well structured mouth, with a smooth attack. It is a dry wine, with refreshing acidity, with a warm alcohol and fine tannins, giving it a silky body. The aroma in the mouth is made by wild fruits, black pepper, vanilla, rockrose and black liquorice. It is a wine of great persistence and with a finely projected bouquet.
