History
  • It is said that in the 1800s a hidden cellar was discovered in an old farm, which was called "La Cava del Dragón", this is due to the rumor that the spine of the Tequila dragon passed through there. This cava preserved a hidden recipe for a unique tequila in flavor and aroma, formulated hundreds of years ago. The cellar not only conserved this authentic tequila, but it was the vault in which a great treasure of the barrels was hidden. The riches of gold (apparently of pre-Hispanic origin) were within each one of them and provided a unique flavor and spirit of high sophistication to tequila.

According to popular legends there is a dragon that sleeps under the picturesque town of Tequila, Jalisco. There are those who claim that his tail brushes the slopes of the volcano and his head lies below the church. This legend envelops this noble people in energy and mysticism.
