Beer made in collaboration with Sake Nami, the first Mexican sake.
Inspired by the inputs of sake, we add rice to our beer, in addition to the four main beer ingredients: Malts, Hops, Water and Yeast.
It is a light-colored, medium-bodied, smooth and refreshing beer, with a sweet aroma and aftertaste provided by rice. An ideal beer to accompany Japanese cuisine and Nami sake.
